Berthoud High School
Sporting activities are an integral part of our schools and participation athletics can be a great character development opportunity for many students. Supporting our local high school athletic departments is more important than ever in light of the shrinking budgets our schools face. Roof Link proud to be a member of the Berthoud High School Booster Club. We actively fundraise for Track and Field, Girls Volleyball, Basketball, Golf, and the Equestrian Club. IkeJon’s kids go to school at BHS and we’re incredibly grateful to have such wonderful schools and teams in our community.
4H
4-H teaches kids life skills like hard work, respect, and compassion to create positive change in their communities and around the world. The H’s stand for Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. The 4-H emblem symbolizes the aim and desired results of effective learning for each individual. 4-H is one of the best opportunities for kids to grow and learn, all while giving back to our community themselves. Roof Link is honored to support the work of 4-H by purchasing auction items and animals at our local county fair each year. 4-H is a great community organization and we’re dedicated to seeing it continue in the future.
Interscholastic Equestrian Association
The mission of IEA is to introduce students in private and public middle and secondary schools (primarily ages 9 through 19) to equestrian sports. IEA does this by helping students have greater access to equestrian sports by providing classes, competitions, and teams through a vast network of supporters including host barns, coaches, and members. No student needs to own their own horse to participate and students can receive scholarship opportunities to help them participate. IkeJon’s wife is incredibly passionate about horses and the Roof Link is proud to support the Interscholastic Equestrian Association in order to allow many local students to enjoy equestrian sports.
Grace Place
Grace Place is a local church that does so much for our community – helping to make Northern Colorado a great place to call home. Grace Place hosts a monthly mobile food pantry in conjunction with the Food Bank for Larimer County, provides space for our youth to learn and grow, as well as hosts many community and church-related events, and so much more. Grace Place helps many people in our community through the organization of regular volunteer projects, offering financial and emotional support during difficult times, and group meet-ups for many different needs. Roof Link partners with Grace Place in order to help them continue their work in our community.
